DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Develop and maintain awareness of our company: Vision, Company Goals, and Products and Service Excellence Standards.

·       Responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

·       Develop business partner relationship with Architecture, Interior, MEP, etc.

• Strong Virtual and Physical presentation skills to represent the brand in a variety of engagements.

·       Maintain and ensure client satisfaction client contact from sales inquiry to project hand-over.

·       Interpret and translate customer needs to our design team.

·       Build good communication and coordination with clients.

• Together with the design consultation team deliver satisfied solutions to customers.

• Initiate and lead internal team to participate in local or international research and publication, design competition, and any other events to showcase our innovative company.

• Create and develop multi-media marketing communication strategy of existing and new services such as services catalog, education contents, project portfolios, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

·       A proven record of sales success in the building industry minimal 2 years experience.

·       Bachelor Degree Architecture, Interior Design, Electro, Building Physics, or any related field.

·       Solid writing skills in English and Bahasa with the ability to work independently, within designated time frames.

·       Have general knowledge and interest in Architectural Design & Styles, Building Physics, Building Technology, Interior Design, Mechanical & Electrical, Construction Material, and Sustainable Energy.

·       Fosters a commitment to leadership, active communication, and teamwork.

·       Effective organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail.
