Series of studies showing increased symptomatology, stress, and discontent with the lighting conditions in computerizing workspace. Much effort has been aimed at the development of improving lighting quality in the computerized office. Many research has shown that people tend to prefer lighting systems with direct + indirect lighting systems compare to just direct lighting. And the study has found out the positive effect of direct + indirect lighting for occupant cognitive and well-being.
The interesting next question is what is the effect of light ratio between Direct and Indirect Lighting to improve occupant cognition and wellbeing?
