ALTA Integra is proud to present our acoustic and audiovisual portfolio for the DBS Indonesia office in Jakarta, in which we support the vision of DBS to create a live more bank less workspace environment.
Collaborating with the interior designer, Mmoser Singapore and CDA International, we selected state-of-the-art acoustic and audiovisual technology to adapt to its growing presence in Indonesia.
Our acoustic consultant with computerized acoustic modeling and simulations had successfully solved every problem and concern and that DBS has to enable its best performance and make its employees feel comfortable in every second of their work in the space. Our certified audiovisual system designer work together with user and other consultant we designed the seamless integration of latest audiovisual technology with other discipline creating a space with technology that boost engagement, improve collaboration, and enhance productivity.
GREEN MARK PLATINUM CERTIFICATION
reviewing existing building condition such as MEP noise, existing facade and outdoor noise intrusion, and do final measurement for acoustic performance verification to achieve Green Mark v2 Platinum certification.

Open Plan Office
Together with interior we make acoustic zoning plan in the open plan work space to reduce acoustic distraction and improve acoustic privacy, in a healthy acoustic environment according to Green Mark Certification.
Boardroom, Meeting Room and Huddle
together with interior designer we design the integration of CISCO Webex Telepresence for visual aesthetic, ergonomic and comfort, speech clarity with maximum acoustic privacy.
TOWN-HALL
The town hall designed to have flexibility in space, can be enlarge if the high STC of operable wall of meeting room and music studio space is open. Feature with Cisco Webex Video Conference and distributed to all space with Crestron Audio System and high-definition projector with a motorized lift for internal gathering or global office gathering.
